Backtagging: YES. I'll backtag you into infinity, nothing is too late.
Threadhopping: Sure? If things seem serious (which they probably never will) a heads-up would be lovely, though.
Fourthwalling: If the situation allows it, by all means! Popuko's canon is extremely meta and it'd be fun to play off that.
Offensive subjects: Basically anything is fair game.

Hugging this character: Sure, but don't expect it to be well received unless the context or CR is right.
Kissing this character: Same as above but even moreso.
Flirting with this character: Why are you trying to flirt with her?! Please love yourself!! but no seriously that's fine but she likely won't return the favor (and if she does, it'll just be trolling.)
Fighting with this character: Yes of course. Popuko will readily fight anyone and everyone. Things will probably take a sort of outrageous and bizarre turn unless you specifically tell me to keep it serious/we talk something out.
Injuring this character: Go for it.
Killing this character: We'd probably want to talk this over if you had something serious in mind, but I'm not opposed. Popuko dies/does things that should kill her regularly in her canon.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: That's a dark, dangerous game you're playing, buddy. You'd probably want to talk it over with me first but I'm not opposed!
Warnings: Popuko swears like a sailor and has a notoriously short temper. She's generally sort of unhinged and terrible??? Sorry in advance. mOm She's also very pop culture savvy and prone to fourth wall if left to her own devices.
